The Steve Volkers Group is proud to announce our partnership with Tamara Beel of CWD Real Estate!

Over the last two years that the Steve Volkers Group has been at Hillmount we have sold and listed a number of condos. Tamara has been involved with Hillmount since the beginning of its development and has sold 52 condos at Hillmount and listed many others. With this kind of a combined track record you will know that the Steve Volkers Group and Tamara Beel have the ability to create excitement in buyers at the Hillmount Community.

Tamara Beel РTamara has worked for CWD Real Estate Investment for 2 1/2 years now. She is the residential sales manager at the firm. Hillmount and the Fitzgerald are the two residential projects CWD developed in Downtown Grand Rapids. CDW is currently building The Gallery on Fulton, which will open Fall 2010.  Her previous background included residing in Los Angeles, for 7 years after high school while attending theater school and working in commercial, film and postproduction. Tamara moved back to Grand Rapids in 2005 and lived at Hillmount for almost 3 years, because she loved the building and the community of downtown Grand Rapids.
