We’re so excited…after an unavoidable delay due to COVID-19 The Townhomes of Breton Village are starting to rise from the former “mounds” that occupied this stretch of vacant land in the heart of Breton Village.

You can start to see the rendering come to life with these drone photos of the project taken on 6/11/2020.

Are you selling or just being a broker?

This is the biggest one that seems to be throwing people off. Yes, and Yes! I am actively selling real estate as a Realtor® as well as being the broker of Steve Volkers Group. Throughout my career, I have continued to help people buy and sell homes and condos, but I think the world has a tendency to put you into one box rather than recognizing that you do more than one thing. So, yes I buy and sell homes like any normal Realtor®... but more fun and in my own style.

“Anything can sell in this market, I can just do it myself, I don’t need a Realtor.” This is a common thing we hear, and honestly I don’t usually fight too hard against Sellers that want to go at it themselves. If they’ve made up their mind, then that is what they are going to do. But be aware of the reasons why this might not be the best idea.
