Fifteen years ago, Steve put his flag in the ground and began his real estate career. Through an economic recession, the rise of blogging, and the discovery and launch of niche marketing, Steve ‘cut his teeth’ on the beginning of 21st century real estate. Today, he brings together his early lessons learned in with his ‘on the job’ experiences. With his passion for negotiating and his love for connection Steve is a unique find in the real estate industry.

While only in his early 40's, Steve has mentored several Realtors, many of whom are top producing agents, committee members of the GRAR Board of Directors and well respected Realtors in our community. As a real estate broker, investor and developer, Steve has his hand in every aspect of our real estate community.

In regards to our crew, Steve looks to encourage people to succeed not only in sales, but also through involvement in our GRAR association and local community. In his words, "We are a group of individuals for themselves, but as a crew we grow together." Steve finds value in helping people see things they may not see themselves, or look at things from a unique and different angle. He has chosen to forego recruiting hundreds of agents; instead focusing on developing a small crew of Realtors that become highly successful agents, producing more units than the average agent.
