0.5 1.75 spaces per each additional 1,000 square feet of UFA for stores greater than 25,000 square feet of GFA such as shopping centers, discount stores, club warehouses, home improvements centers and grocery stores; and
0 0.25 spaces per 1,000 square feet of UFA of outdoor display and sales areas
1 1.1 spaces per employee on maximum shift
Itemized below are two (2) categories, one is for the site plan and the other is for building exterior work. You said you will not be responsible for the building exterior but it is being provided so you may pass it on to your client.
SITE PLAN
" Removal of pole sign and ground sign
" Provided dumpster enclosure detail
" New type M access points
" Install curb and gutter along west side of parking area (Summit Ave) and south side of parking area (Teneyck St.)
" Remove vinyl slats (not permitted) from chain-link fence on top of eastern retaining wall or, remove chain-link fence on top of eastern retaining wall and install new vinyl privacy fence
" Repair/replace all damaged asphalt in the parking area (where needed), seal and stripe for parking stalls - show dimensions
