We Care

We pride ourselves on a culture of service. It’s about providing the same outstanding service and attention to each and every client no matter their budget, age or background. Our team is actively brainstorming ways to help you be more successful, and make you happy. This can be anything from trying a new video marketing strategy, to bringing a client Ginger Ale when they’re sick. (True story!)

We Communicate

We’re available by call, text, email, Facebook, you name it! And we respond quickly. (FYI – Our Facebook message response rate averages less than a minute.)

We strive to anticipate your needs before you even have to ask. For example: every Monday we send our sellers a recap of what happened with their home the week prior. This includes Open House activity/feedback, how many people viewed their listing, activity from ads we ran and what we plan to do the next week. And, if there’s a problem, we want to hear about it so that we can do everything in our power to make it right.

We Have Fun

We genuinely love what we do and we want you, our clients, to feel in it everything we do. From Steve’s belly laugh to the neverending Boomerangs on Instagram, we’re not afraid to be who we are and do whatever it takes to put a smile on your face.
